NOTICE: Mueller Systems to abandon Customer Portal
In 2015 WEB contracted with Mueller Systems to provide a Customer Portal. This portal gave our Members access to their individual water usage data and allowed them to set usage alerts. Mueller has informed WEB that it is abandoning the portal at the end of August this year. Therefore, our Members will no longer have online access to water use information and will not receive usage alerts. Mueller has already started this process and many Members have been affected. While WEB recognizes this is an inconvenience, WEB offered this portal as a courtesy, not a replacement for Member responsibility. WEB Members have always been and remain responsible for leaks and damage after the meter pit that may result in excess water usage. WEB has identified a potential replacement system and is working to implement it. Contact WEB with questions.
