How can I pay my bill?

Payments are due on the 20th of every month. They can be sent to WEB Water Development, PO Box 1520, Aberdeen, SD 57402-1520. We also offer an automated payment option via your bank to help automate the process.

Who do I call before doing any digging?

Make a free call to 811 (in state) or 800-781-7474 (outside of South Dakota) Visit SD 811 online.

What is the WEB Lock-off Program?

For seasonal users, such as livestock and cabins, or customers that may leave for any length of time, we recommend having the meter pit locked. With our Customer Requested Lock-off Program we can lock your meter pit at your request. There is a service call fee of $70 plus tax. This would save you from reporting a meter reading to the WEB Water office monthly and give you confidence there won’t be leaks in your system. You will still be responsible for paying the minimum monthly bill.

Who can be named as an Authorized Representative?

Any Member may appoint an Authorized Representative to act on the Member’s behalf in all WEB Water matters. To appoint an Authorized Representative, the Member must deliver to WEB Water a complete and fully executed WEB Water Authorized Representative Form. See pages 4 & 5 in the Bylaws for more details.
